School is almost OUT!

YAY!!!! I am so ready for this semester to be over. One, because it has been fairly labor intensive, and two because two or three days after school is out I am on my way to Disneyland for a week with the family I love and the man I adore. Another great thing about the end of the year is the coming of Christmas, thanksgiving, and a month long winter break. The only damper is the fact that I am going to die in the spring. I am taking 18 credits which equates to 6 classes and not a single morning off all semester, with no lunches. BUT, I will survive and get my degree on time. Its all worth it....right?

Pictures as Promised

I have now returned from my trip to Washington and have a few pictures to share! Top Down: Sunset on Hugs State beach (on our way to Astoria, we didn't make it before sunset so we pulled off), Mhultinoma Fall hike, Part two of the hike, Sunset with Shane, and Me at Old Faithful! (Fair warning: I got a bunch of pictures off of Shanes phone and will soon be doing a my life this summer blog)

Homework stinks! I should have not believed that going to Washington would not have any consequences. Even though I did get everything done that needed to be done before the trip, coming back to "this" week has been killer. I am now reading a book that needs to be done by Friday that is 353 pages long and a report on it! It is not a novel by any means, it is a historical biography. Save me! Exams, Modules, questions, and papers are just a few of the wonders of this week. I love school!!!

Getting ready to go!

So Shane and I are taking a little adventure this week. We are heading up to Southern Washington for his sister Jess's wedding and instead of making it short and sweet we are staying for about 10 days. We will be traveling just North of Portland and are going to go to Yellowstone on our way up. I am excited to go and relax for a week. I have almost decided that it is not completely worth the stress before hand though. Getting teacher approval, Homework done early, and the stress of packing is just not fun. BUT, It is almost here and I am almost gone. I will post pictures from the trip later!

Back in Cedar!

So no one fall over!...Yes, I am blogging again. I have just moved into my new house and am loving being back in cedar. The best part of it all is that I now get to see my best friend (Shane Lee) everyday! I have two new roomies named Aubrey and Shauna. They are awesome and so much fun to hang out with! Life is about to pick up here again in a week starting with school. I am excited nervous and feeling tired just thinking about all the work I will have this year. I have started into my major and am excited to get learning the meat and potatoes of my major. I have realized how crazy life can get and am hoping that this year I will be able to prioritize and get everything done. I am so grateful for my mom and dad for everything that they did for me this summer with giving me a job, love, and a place to live they are the BEST!

End of Summer

So... I get to this about once a semester. But, it is now the end of the summer I have spent the last three months in mesquite working away at the new and amazing Portrait Company. I have learned so much this summer. Not only photography but about life and family. Family is so important and I love them so very much! Even when they drive me crazy and I just want to be back in cedar. But, now that I am about to move back (2.5 weeks..Not that I am counting) I know I will miss them so much. I see them often but Who knows what next year will bring and where I will be in my own life. I am dating my own superhero Shane Lee. We just had our 10th month anniversary and are looking forward to the 4 month anniversary of his baptism. He is the most amazing guy out there. He treats me like a princess and won me over in minutes. This summer was the best and the worst. Best in that I was able to spend time with the family and at The Portrait Company, I have had so much fun letting my creative juices flow. The Worst because I have been away from Shane. Don't get me wrong I still see him but the everyday visits and late night movies have been lacking this summer. I can not wait to go back up to school and start with another chapter of my life. JUNIOR YEAR! We will see you then and if I don't write soon expect another update in December. Love you all!

End of the Year!!!

So I only have three more weeks of school!! I am so excited to move on after this semester. So much has happened this year and I feel it is time to go back home and spend some quality time with the family. School is the best thing in the world as well as the most stressful. to much homework and no time to do it. I truly believe there is three things you have to choose between is school and that is good grades, A social life, or sleep and you only get two of them no matter how hard you try. We shall see how this year ends. I am hoping and Praying that whatever the choices I make in my life that they are the right ones.
